Qlik Sense Server URL Issue

We are using Qlik Sense Nov 2019 running on Windows 2016 Server. The server was working perfectly fine until the windows team applied a patch to windows  and now when we try to access the URL from outside the server. it gives the error message as "Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it." 

When I RDP into the server the URL works only with the https://localhost/hub not with https://servername/hub

Any idea what am I missing. Please see  the attached screenshot for the error.

Is that all setup done like 

- SAML authentication

- URL certificate for those servers

- Check the Virtual Proxy if that URL placed in authentication section from your authentication and also check the "Authentication Mode" whether it is Default mode or Anonymous mode
