Renew Subscription - no response from the support

Hello,

We previously cancelled a subscription, but we are now trying to reinstate it with different billing credentials and register it again to our organization while it is still active.

Unfortunately, the subscription status in our account is still shown as 'cancelled'. We tried to revert this by clicking on the 'Undo request' button on https://account.myqlik.qlik.com/account , but we couldn't complete the action and received an error 400 with a message that said 'Something went wrong'. As of now, the subscription is stuck in the 'cancelled' state. We have attempted to contact support via email (both general support emails and direct ones we know of) and via support chat, but we did not receive any response.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

Hello @olsk,

You'll need to work with your Qlik account manager to progress. If you're not sure who that is you can contact Qlik Customer Support for assistance. You can use the Qlik Bot or click the "Ask A Question" button to chat with a Customer Support Representative.

Unfortunately, it seems that this approach doesn't work either. We attempted to contact our manager (Evonna Turvey), however, we did not receive any response to our emails.

Suggest that you go ahead and contact Qlik Customer Support. They can likely put you in touch with someone at Qlik who can assist you.

Actually, we have been attempting to contact Qlik Customer Support for the past two weeks or more, but have not received any responses. We tried reaching out through their chatbot, which resulted in us receiving manager's email address. Unfortunately, this manager has also not responded to our emails.

This forum post is our last option for seeking assistance.
