Repository services doesn't run

Hello

I'm installing Qlik sense server version 3.2.2

the setup at the end gave me a warning, and the repository service didn't run

I went to log files under C:\programdata\qlik\sense\log\repository and found the following warning:

Could not setup synchronization performance counters

check attached log file for more details

Please advise as I'm able to figure out what might be going wrong
