SaaS error: memory limit for request was reached during reloads

Hello,

We have recently migrated to qlik and we have taken license for upto 4 apps expanded capacity for 10GB, but I am facing errors during reloads.

But, I am getting the "memory limit for request was reached" error during reloads for a few apps (which have approx 7 GB utilization on opening sheets and charts) but since there are no limits on reloading scripts, can you please help us understand what is causing it and how can we fix it?

Let me know what additional information you need from my end. Thank you!

Hello!

As mentioned in the previous comment there was an issue around memory limit reported and fixed a little more than a week ago. Details of the incident can be found here: https://status.qlikcloud.com/incidents/q5b9tb4d0gl5

In addition, here is an article that could be helpful around size limit in Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS:

Hope this helps!

We are facing the same issue however our apps are <100 MB. They have worked fine for months and then earlier this week reload scripts for 2 apps with LESS than 1M rows starting throwing this error.

@QlikSupport any insight?

The memory limit for the request was reached

So I submitted a ticket to support. The response was that Qlik experienced issues with reloads on the day we were impacted. I didn't get any specific guidance on the error but since Support told me the issue was resolved, it has not reappeared.

Problem resolved; but no detail on what caused or solved the issue.
