Some users cannot duplicate apps from Hub

Hi,

We have a custom set of security rules to divide our users into different roles that do not correspond to the default roles available in Qlik Sense.

For some reason some of the users cannot duplicate apps from the hub at all. We have tried switching roles and even tried making them root admins but they are still not able to duplicate the apps from the hub.
It works fine for them to duplicate apps from the QMC though.

Audit says they should be able to duplicate the apps from the hub. The strangest part is that the error only occur for some users but not all.

Is there anything else but the security rules that could affect this?
