Unable to access Qlik Hub after migration

Hello community,

I switched to Hyper-V and migrated our Qlik View Server (test environment) via an image backup. Since then, access to Qlik Hub is no longer possible. I get the error that the proxy is waiting for a new session.

Solutions such as regenerating the certificates did not help.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

Thanks for posting.

The issue sounds like Qlik Sense client managed instead of QlikView.

Did you follow our migration documentation or have you involved our Professional Service team to assist you? If not, please consider for next time to remove all those issue from your success path.

Is the old server and the new server having the same hostname?
