Upgrade Failed Qlik Sense August 2021 to August2023

Hi Community,

I'm trying to upgrade QlikSense August 2021 to August 2023,  and the version of my PostgreSQL is 12.5.
I know that in my case I should upgrade Qlik Sense first and then PostgreSQL to the version 14.8.

I got an "error occurred" message while doing the upgrade, I noticed that the PostgreSQL125.msi file mentioned in the log doesn't exist in the correct directory.
