I had 3 user access passes. Unfortunately, I deleted 2 users from the system which caused the access passes to get quarantined. I am still able to access the qmc with all the 3 passes. However, I am not able to access the hub from any of the passes despite the 1 user access pass still properly allocated. What am I doing wrong? Is there some way in which i can reinstate the 2 quarantined passes as well.
Also, I have 2 login access passes which were quarantined more than 28 days ago but are still not available. Is there any process that I have to follow to reinstate them or do they get reinstated on their own?
