Virtual Proxy setup error

I am trying to connect to a virtual proxy (central proxy works fine) but I am getting an Internal Server error (500).

I have followed the steps described here: https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-8135

Any possible clues or further checks to make?

could you please add the screen shot of the virtual proxy you configured.

you need to take care of the authentication method which is ticketing

authentication module redirect will be https://computername

and link it to central proxy

are you trying to access virtual proxy from the server qlik is installed or from some some other machine?
