create schedule task on qlik Cloud SaaS

I have all the permissions and license of professional type but in the programming section it does not allow me to create or edit the existing ones

Any comment will be very helpful, I have already reviewed the documentation but do not comment on creating tasks

it would be good if you could clarify "all the permissions". 
I am assuming you are tenant admin?
Where are the apps? On personal/shared/managed spaces?

Are you able to schedule reloads on your own apps that are in your own personal space?

I was able to program them from the preview of the alpicaccion I managed several spaces in all I could do it

the programming part of the console only allowed me to view and delete
