error 0x80070643 qliksense enterprise on windows server 2019

good morning,

during the installation on windows server 2019 of QlikSense Enterprise Feb 2023 we had this errore: Qlik Sense Desktop or Server Install Fails - Failed to Install MSI Package.

The installation aborted and reverted back.

Hello, 

the issue with the attached logs is in the service dispatcher config it cannot resolve the name of your database host.

In the configuration for the share you just use the servername mpeita-qlik not the FQDN. 

try to ping the FDQN mpeita-qlik.mpeplastics.com, to see what ip adress you get back.
