Does the App Mover utility use the same port # as the QMC utilities application when moving apps between different host names? I'm assuming it does not use port 9945 when moving apps. The scenario I'm working through is having Qlik Sense installed on server 'dev', develop an Qlik Sense app and then moving said app to Qlik Sense installed on server 'test', it's own central node.
Further, can QMC Utilities run on a central node and access other central nodes to 'Load Apps' in the App Mover? I'm getting time out errors when attempting to connection from 'DEV' to 'TEST' central nodes using the App Mover.

I'm assuming the digit is the IP address and port number of the target server.
It's a firewall issue on the target server. Opening port 4242 inbound on the server worked.
