qmc user account suddenly disappears

The existing qmc user account has disappeared.
Then I checked again later and it was back to normal.

What could this be?
Why did I suddenly not see it?

Hi  Seheon, maybe when the udc sync it removed it and when the user tried accessing Qlik it re-appeared.
