Hi! Following the recent Qlik Sense Enterprise security patches ( https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support-Updates/Qlik-Sense-Enterprise-for-Windows-New-Security-Patches...) we updated from November 2021 Patch 3 to November 2021 Patch 17 (Yeah we know it's old and planned to upgrade soon!).
Qlik Services were stopped, updated applied "successfully" and does reflect that Patch 17 is installed, services restarted in order, however since then our data connections have the following error "Could not get connection info from server".
Box has been restarted, had a google etc but couldn't find anything thus far, has anyone had this before or have any suggestions on what to try?
Confirmed by Qlik support that for this version it broke in Patch 15 (not 17!):
"QB-18385 -Redshift connector does not work after Patch 15 on QS Nov 2021"
Therefore the only option which was in our roadmap is to upgrade to a later version as support will be ending soon anyway.
