Special characters

Hello, i have a problem with talend when i use it. (my version of talend is 6.5) when i process a job the special characters (example: "Devolución al cliente" shows like "Devoluci?n al cliente") i dont know how to solve this.

Are you talking about characters stored into output files?

If so, try to change the character encoding to UTF-8.
