I would like to change the text in general. For example "Dim1","Dim2" and "Dim3".

I believe you can't. Depending on your goal, alternative dimensions may help.

For me it is important in which order the user specifies his dimensions, so I need it.

Not sure what exactly you are trying to do, Are you trying to change text in filter pane object? If Yes, then you can do by adding label of the dimension.
