Dynamic height issue for embedding into Salesforce Tab

I am trying to embed a SaaS app Sheet into Salesforce  but the Height is not automatically adjusting and sometime I have up to 3 lines on the right.

I am just using the tab feature in Salesforce and embeding the URL as shown below. But depending n the screen the sheet doesn't adjust . Any ideas what might help?
