I have created the Qlik sense theme file no

(I used https://sensetheme.com/).Now I have theme file.

Could you please suggest  How do we apply qlik sense custom themes to extensions and mashups.

I address applying it to mashups here An Introduction to the Theme API

You could use the get methods in the Theme API to get references to the values in the selected theme and apply them as necessary to your extensions.
