How to create mashup with Qlik SaaS?

Has anyone created mashup with Qlik SaaS?

We have Qlik Sense Enterprise (on windows server) and Qlik SaaS Enterprise.

We do use Dev-hub on Qlik Sense Enterprise to create mashup with apps on-prem, but is it possible to connect dev-hub to Qlik SaaS to create mashup?
