A new feature was introduced in NPrinting April 2020 which allows for the import of Alternate email addresses If you encounter an NPrinting Import Task error, please verify that you are using the correct import file.

Resolution
To import successfully, you must use a valid import file. The valid import file will contain the following columns on the users sheet of the recipient import xlsx file: Alternate email 1, Alternate email 2, Alternate email 3.
To ensure you have a valid import file, please download a copy of examples.zip from the following link, extract the zip to obtain the recipients.xlsx import file
Using a version of the recipient import file from versions of NPrinting prior to April 2020 release will cause your NPrinting recipient import task to fail
