How to restrict “Attached Files” option under data connection to only allow selective file extension

How to restrict “Attached Files” option under data connection to only allow selective file extensions for users to upload. For example we want users to only upload excel files.

You can't do it from GUI. These APIs can help to get or modify the extension whitelist
