Is anyone else having problems installing Qlik Data Transfer

Hi - I have been through the mill trying to get Qlik Data Transfer to work (Windows 2012R2 and Windows 2016).  The fundamental problem seems to be that the Powershell scripts called by the installer are not being executed (Permission Denied) but the installer does not mention that this has happened and all you get is Installation Finished and then a blank screen when you open QDT.    I have spent a week getting (some) help from Qlik Support whose final response was (roughly) "Not our problem - the clients configuration is stopping it".    Hugely frustrating.

Anecdotally, we are finding a large proportion of QDT installations have problems - and I have even had a Qlik Account Manager say the same about his clients (!).   It must, however,  be said I did one on Windows 2019 last week which took 5 minutes and went perfectly.

It feels to me that this should be prioritised by Qlik as their main policy is to get people on SaaS but this seems to me to have been around a long time.

Any views?

Philip
