Monitoring Apps not working

Hi,

I've been trying to solve a problem with Monitoring Apps for some time now with no success
I have recently joined a company that uses Qlik and when I try to access the monitoring app, no information is shown. I saw that the last data reload was ... April 23rd 2019! So I guess it has never worked.
I have also checked the "Reload Operations Monitor" task and it's in "Failed" status. It looks like it has never worked (they run every hour).

The log shows:

Hello @agbcn,

Could you confirm the Apps are reloaded on a Virtual proxy that uses Windows authentication?

Usually such articles solves 99% of such situation with that error 🙂
