Qlik Upgrade to August 2021

How long does it take to upgrade Qlik sense?  The setup.exe has been running almost an hour already.  Is this normal?

If you check C:\Users\<youruser>\AppData\Local\Temp, do you see the file size of the main installer log (August2021 without any component) growing?
