I am concerned on this error:

This might indicate the document is indeed not saved as per the error and hence why the task is marked as failed. We would need more engine logs and @Benoit_C can provide more insights on how to find the root cause of this issue. As per our experience it could be a 3rd party software interacting with the file and leading the DocSave to fail.

So script is finished with no error, it means reload is working well. But after the reload there is another step: save the application. As @Albert_Candelario already said according to the engine log its failing to save/modify it.
So now you would need to check what could be the reason of this situation.
Most of the time it's because of the antivirus, because the exclusion aren't respected, see the below article about the exclusion:

If they aren't correct: after modify the exception you will need to restart all the Qlik Sense servers.
If you believe exception are correct, then you would need to troubleshoot the issue with some special logs level and with a third party tool (Procemon).
