Tenant admin automatically deleting apps on qlik sense saas

Hi there!
My tenant admin account is (I believe) randomly deleting some apps, in some random spaces, like an Russian roulette once per day.
I can see in the events tab that it was him, and which APP, but I can't find out why it was deleted. is there any way to know? could it be some extension or something? never saw this... but it seems something automatic. I logged in on tenant account and it has no automations created. Any idea?
