Trying to connect my Qlik Sense enterprise to my Mobile

Trying to connect my Qlik Sense enterprise to my mobile Qlik app,

did the following : 

1- downloaded the app (said need auth link) 

2- look up in the doc about the auth link ( went to QMC , generated the link start with this " qliksense://enterpriseurl?action=add&url=https%3" )

3- send the link via whatssap to open on mobile ( the link doesn't click, the link doesn't open when copy pasted into browser (Firefox) 

any help to connect to mobile guys ??

The TinyURL method worked , but when i open it a message pops up saying : 

" You must connect to the Qlik sense server at least once before you can view its contents without an internet connection, make sure that you internet connection working and tap the Qlik sense server again"

clearly my laptop and phone have internet access, they are even on the same Wifi.

any help ?

edit on the post , had to open ports to connect my phone to my laptop( which had the Qlik sense server) 
port 80 and 443 to enable the firewall and connect the phone to it.
