Qlik Maps

I have started loading GDP time series data for each state and it occurred to me to think about how I would load this data to the Map application in Qlik Sense.  

Currently, each series provides GDP data over time for a single region.  I would like to combine data for multiple regions for the most current date and associate each region with a geocode.   Is this possible?
