Hello ,
As a qliksense admin, we have license allocation and user access. License is valid till 2022, however while we try to access the Qlik hub applications , getting an error message - "You cannot access Qliksense because you have no access pass "
We have checked the Engine Logs, audit, system logs but no error messages displayed . However the logs ->license directory under the Logs gives below message:
"errorMessage":"Too much time has passed since the last license update","errorType":"LICENSES-
OutdatedLicense
Has anybody faced this issue before and can help with the solution approach ?

Thank you for your response.
We have verified the details shared , we are able to connect to license server license.qlikcloud.com. from browser also , professional license allocation we have given to all the users. Also we have restarted services, checked proxy , but issue remains the same.

It says, you should not allocate a license to service account as it will give an error if the account is using simultaneous 5 sessions.

We referred to logs under - C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Audit
It contains below given details :

There is no simultaneous session has been opened also in log file there is no session count available.
