Folder location path is not supported to be used in Video player URL

In Qlik Sense February 2021 Video player of Dashboard bundle, if used folder location path at URL, to insert MP4 video in an app, below error appeared-
"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"

Environment:

• Qlik Sense February 2021

Resolution

This is working as designed.

Cause

Only direct https or http URL links are supported to be used in Video player URL, file /folder paths are not supported.
