Problems with reading a CSV file from FTP/SFTP

Sometimes when trying to read a CSV file from FTP/SFTP, we can get different errors or no output at all. This can be caused by a number of reasons, the common ones being that the path of the file is not correctly configured, the CSV file delimiter is wrong, or that the Encoding of the file is not specified correctly.

All of these settings are configurable when we select the type of the file to be 'CSV' in the 'Read data from file' block. 

But first, make sure that the block 'Open file' is used, before trying to read it. In this block, you can select where the file is hosted (ex; SFTP, Amazon, Dropbox).
