Vocabularies not getting recognized with Filters included - QlikSense Insight Advisor Chat

When we ask a query using vocabulary created, if the vocabulary matches to any of the field names in the other filter it is not fetching correct results.

When we give the queries in one Project which has the Field - FIELD1 and Field value 'VALUE1' in it, vocabulary 'VALUE1' is not getting recognized, but when we test the same query with Project that does not have Field value 'VALUE1' for the Field - FIELD1, then Vocabulary 'VALUE1' is getting recognized.

Resolution

This is working as designed, the ambiguity is always resolved by giving priority to strong lexical matches (field names), then to value matches. So here when we use the vocabulary term 'VALUE1' with the field 'FIELD1', it will always be picked as the value of 'FIELD1' and not as vocabulary. We need to use vocabulary other than the value of field 'FIELD1 ' if we want to use vocabulary term and field together.
