CEF Renderning Exception. Error during GRPC request

Hello, 

As mentioned in the subject, I am facing an Nprinting issue when trying to add qlik sense object as an image. I saw in the forum that I had to open port 443 but it's open in the machine both in input and output but i still facing the error.

Hi @Patricia_Silva no it's a fresh install so it never worked

i have tried many points you shared in your response (root cause) but with no positive result i still have the problem

 

Do you have any other ideas?

If you are still having image rendering issues, make sure to follow the steps in this article.

If this doesn't solve it, then please submit a support request.

 

 

 

Note: Make sure that you check that the image tags in your report are not referencing an outdated or no longer available object. This can happen if for example a chart was deleted then recreated but the NP designer uses the original tag.

In this case,

  • Delete the image tag in the NP report
  • Reload your NP connection
  • Find and re-add your image to the template
  • Preview the report
