Qlik Sense Client Managed - Sept 2020 Patch 13
While previewing the data of the HTML report, some columns do not display data despite data existing in the app. The columns do not show data at random with each preview. Been seeing this issue since upgrading to may 2022 SR1 version of Nprint. In the attached screenshot, firm, fund and gross sales should have values.
@g06 have you tried doing a reload of metadata before doing the preview? What was previous version of NP?
Are there any warnings/errors in the Engine log?
@Frank_S or @Ruggero_Piccoli is May 2022 supported to even work with QlikSense Sept 2020?
@David_Friend Yes, even after reloading the metadata the issue exists.
The previous version of Nprint was May 2021 - 22.15.5.0 .

Well - in short you should ensure that you are running supported configuration. Qlik Sense Sep 2020 is out of support since Sep 2022 so you must upgrade to be on supported version.
Regarding the issue - I have seen others claiming the same problem and opening support ticket - you may do the same thing, but remember that support will only work on your case in supported configuration so you may need to upgrade Qlik Sense as well to be on supported one.

Are you sure you are using May 2022 SR1 and not SR2? We are aware of a defect on SR2 (refer to https://community.qlik.com/t5/Release-Notes/Qlik-NPrinting-Release-Notes-May-2022-Service-Release-2/...) and we are working to solve it as fast as we can.

@g06 are you seeing any warnings or errors in the Engine log?
@g06 I would check that you don't have any unsupported objects in your source QVF:
Things like alternate states or 'always one selected' can cause odd behavior like this, if you have any remove them and test again.
