Connection error Nprinting

Connection error to report.qvw; Access violation at address 01C6C711 in module 'Nprinting.exe'. Read of address 00000018.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem.

Problem occurs in general with all reports. It started with one and now all reports have this problem

Actions we tried:

- reboot

- new connection to qlikview report

- new connection to local qlikview file

- no files were deleted or moved
