Does an user downloades his NPrinting NewsStand report?

does anybody knows if it is possible to check that an user has downloaded his NPrinting report from NewsStand?

Hi,

I edited the settings-file, now the services starts.

But when connting by Postgresql, the error occurs

ERROR [08S01] [Qlik][PostgreSQL] (10) Error occurred while trying to connect: [SQLState 08S01] could not connect to server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060) Is the server running on host "servername" (ipadress) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 4992?

Hi,

This is the PostgreSQL error when you try to connect from Qlik Sense? You could check https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/NPrinting-Repository-Database-Name/td-p/133... and that port 4992 is opened on Qlik Sense and PostgreSQL servers.
