Since a few days I get an error saying "The given key was not present in the dictionary" when I try to edit a template.
This error occurs on all reports so I don't think it has anything to do with filters or objects.
It looks like the connection between reportname and the template is broken.
We are on Nprinting 17.6.0.0. We planned to upgrade to latest version within a few days, but giving the current errors I am a little reluctant to do so.
Is there a method to recover this ?
Hello,
There is an ongoing investigation about this issue since many users reported that problem in the last few days.
As it looks so far, it seems to happen only if you open your report from Internet Explorer so you can try to open it from another browser (Google Chrome for example)
We suspect that it's a Windows Update causing this problem.
I would suggest logging a case to Qlik Support to get the latest information about the investigation.
Upgrading will likely not fix the issue.
Hope this helps!
Please see the resolution to this issue introduced due to a recent Microsoft Rollup Windows Update.
