I am sending excel attachments to a team of 5 people using NPrinting. All the users have been setup and receiving individual emails perfectly.
I want to change this setup such that in the 'To' section of the received email, all the five email addresses are visible (like we can see in Outlook and other email apps) instead of single email address of the person receiving the email.
Is this achievable in NPrinting?
Yes, create a dummy user, use the alternate email fields to list all of you're recipients email addresses, add that user to the publish task, then on the email To line click the add variable drop down select the alternate email line(s) you used.
The same can be accomplished if you're using the spreadsheet to manage users.
