Informe al que le faltan datos

Hola!

- Datos incompletos
- Formato de datos deficiente
- Nombres de columna incorrectos
- Datos ubicados incorrectamente en celdas
- Celdas fusionadas, entre muchos otros.^1

Hi @paula_sa

I suggest using English (even if youneed to google translate) otherwise your post will only reach few popel who will be willing to help you.

your message says:

Report missing data
Hello! We have a report that is randomly missing data, sometimes it is one table and then another and so on, the report has many tables and is an excel.I have put a screenshot of the table that in theory should have data and it comes out blank, if we launch it again the same one comes out fine but no other one comes out.If anyone knows why it happens or possible solutions..Thank you!as you can see

@marksouzacosta - I suggest you also use english when responding. There would be no benefit for others if I would respond in my mother language (polish) to this topic. Note that when searching for similar topics you would then use english to search for it and you would most likely find similar topics with already suggested answers like this:

Now @paula_sa  - to get correct answer you need to invest time to ask a right question and provide us with all information regarding your problem. So far you told us that sometimes your report returns empty table and you gave us screenshot of empty excel which.... well it is empty... nad then when re-run again it works but some other table may be empty.

To properly check what is wrong with this we need:
  • version of your NPrinting (maybe you are experiencing know defect which may be linked to particular version) - if you are running on unsupported / old version then plan your upgrade
  • version of your QlikView (for the same reasons) - if you are running on unsupported / old version then plan your upgrade
  • Make sure your versions are compatible (see screenshot and make sure you check it against your NPritning version):  https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-req...
  • Connection type (Local, QVP or Claster ?)
  • Is your source app meeting all requirements. If you have any of the unsupported objects in your app it may cause this kinds of issues. Make sure you check also hidden sheets and hidden fields for unsupported settings!!!: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnect...
    • the above point is most common - very often customers neglect importance of not having unsuppoerted objects and are completely unaware of
  • How are resources looking like on your QlikView and NPrinting server
  • Is the QV app performing well, has instant response time and does not have any performance concernes?
  • How is your template built
    • screenshot of the template would help
    • are there any filters (report, task, user or object filters)
    • are there any variable filters?
    • is there section access in your QV app

There is many things causing this sort of issue and 99% of the time it is caused by not meeting all requirements.

cheers
