NP16 - Excel: 0 show in formula bar, not in cells

Hi,

In my NP16 Excel report I added a QlikView straight table.
Keep source format is on.

The number 0 does not show in the excel cells.
However if you select the cell, the 0 does show in the formula bar.
Other numbers in the same column in Excel show just fine.

The formatting for the cells is automatically set to custom ##############.

I have a work-around where I put text(Rating) in the QlikView table.
This way all the numbers show.

But I was wondering if anyone has an idea why the Excel cells have this weird custom formatting that prevents the 0 from showing.

Hi,

• What is an expression in QlikView on the column where "0"is produced?
• What are the setting in QlikView-->Chart Properties-> Numbers for that column?
• In NPrinting designer have you got any FORMAT set in Table entity on left hand side panel for the column format?
• What regional settings do you have (for dates and numbers) on NPrinting server where report gets produced?
• How is the value exported when you "Send to Excel"directly from QlikView.

  Exactly the same behaviour as in NPrinting. 0 only shows in formula bar and same custom formatting.
  Very weird, the same issue exists with "send to excel". This means it's probably a QlikView related problem and not NPrinting right? We did recently upgrade to QlikView 12.4 and before that the report had no issues and 0 showed correctly in NPrinting.
