NPrinting 18.39 On Demand Add On Installation issue

I am in the process of installing the Qlik NPrinting On Demand Add On , on Qlikview Server. Its asking for the Qlik NPrinting Certificate Thumbnail where I can get that.  Please see the attached screenshot.

Hi,

Your question indicates that you are attempting to install/upgrade to NPrinting Feb. 2018 or higher versions where the QlikView Access Point is installed on an IIS server.

If so, please note that since Feb. 2018 NPrinting was released, due to customer demand to secure communication with certificates in larger environment where IIS Access point is deployed, JWT authentication is required before proceeding with your installation/upgrade. As such, you will need a 3rd party certificate and trusted root certificate. You will need to reach out to your system/network admin team to request this from a trusted certificate vendor.
