First of all
https://help.qlik.com is the place where everything is written (not a downloaded document).
Second - you have 2 licenses so you can only have 2 environments!!! If you need 3 environments you will have to contact Qlik to obtain third license!
Third - looks like you have no idea what NPrinting actually is, so i encourage you to go through the link i have provided - there are videos and tutorials and different configuration examples. It is all in front of you - so do not cut corners just read it all. Will take probably few days to go through all materials but at least you will have a better understanding of how the product works and can be setup. There is no point answering your question without knowing what do you want to do with those environments.
In theory it all looks simple (Prod, DEV, UAT etc...), but it is not as easy when you try to put this all into practice as NPrinting is highly dependent on Qlik development and needs to be aligned with QlikView or Qlik Sense. You have not mentioned anything about it
- Did you consider how this will work?
- Did you consider which Qlik server are you going to make connections to?
- Did you consider how are you going to migrate reports from one to other environments and how those environments will have to maintain connections, objects/entities?
As per your other questions - this is community of people who can help you solve particular problem. I do not think that specific instructions how to setup environment falls under this umbrella especially with such limited information as you have provided. What you are requesting is consultancy service. Setting up NPrinting is not easy task (if you want to get this right) so if you have never done it before you need to catch up quite a lot and first read this:
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Deploying.htm
which covers following topics:
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2018/Content/Introduction/Introduction.htm
I suggest you read ALL topics under Deployment section as well as Installation section
In overall with the information you have provided and with only 2 licences you have, you can only setup 2 environments! Where server and engine is installed on the same machine for each environment. Designer is usually installed on developer laptop and is independent entity - which you will also learn from official documentation
cheers
Lech
