NPrinting Error

hi expert,


I am facing a problem with my NPrinting. I found below log's from NPrinitng Scheduler log file. But I don't understand why error occur.

My issue is resolved.I just change log on user for NPrinting Services.I used same user which NPrinting Engine use.

Hi,

I suppose QlikView Desktop crashed on your Qlik NPrinting Engine. Open the task manager in the Engine computer and close all the QlikView process and try again.

From the Qlik NPrinting Engine computer you must be able to open the QlikView document from QlikView Desktop. So you can login with the same Windows user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Engine Windows Service, open QlikView Desktop and then open the .qvw and you is. This must work.

QlikView Desktop must have a valid license. Personal Edition an server leased licenses are not supported.

I did the same which you mention above but after one day same error occur but this time only one QlikView process running(Normally four QlikView Process running when NPrinting run).I don't know why and how my other process kill.

Hi, Ruggero.

Out of curiosity, does Qlik have any QlikView dashboards available that assist in analyzing or monitoring the NPrinting 17 and 18 logs ?

Hi,

At the moment there is not an official app to monitor and analyze logs. We standardized the log formats in order to made the development of that kind of apps easier.

I suppose it will not be developed because everybody can create a similar app. But I really don't know, maybe we will insert something official in the product to help on this point.

This changed log on user is licensed in Qlik Sense QMC? I have the same issue
