NPrinting : Not able to add/Insert table to Levels in pixelperfect report.

Hi,

following link  How to Create a Simple PixelPerfect Report

I am using Nprinting 17.1.2.0, where while generating reports, to add objects to level, when i select add objects, in popup it shows only variables from qliksense loader, i am not able to view objects  like charts, table from  qliksense in popup.

Why is it happening like this? i am missing any thing?

Your user ID Should have Content admin rights, recreate connection again[use correct urls , qliksense APP ID]

Hi srinivas,

i have content admin rights, and i am able to connect to app, when i add objects to 'table' i am able to view 'Objects from sheets' in table popup but while adding objects in levels 'objects are not shown ' only variables in edit loader are shown.

Its happening in level to add objects.

Can you share a screenshot of what exactly you are seeing? Using NPrinting 17.1.2 I see fields and objects preceded by F\ & O\ respectively:

Also, can you check that there are no filters applied:

Nprinting 17.1.2.0 showing:

Its Shows only Fields in popup list, Preceded by F\ , no objects are found. And I checked,no filters are applied

If it is for tables, it shows only objects, no fields are shown

Hi Supriya,

I didn't realize that you were trying to create a level in a PixelPerfect type report. Note that this is actually a known issue when using PixelPerfect Levels & a Qlik Sense connection.

Hi Daniel,

I just tried by creating new connection and new report, Its not happening not only in Pixelperfect, same issue lies in Excel also.

The reason why i needed to use levels is to create a table, which was a work around for Table, where it was showing only one row from table objects(Told bug in post of qlik). So i took this approch of using levels.

Any information or advice you can give me on this context. That will be really helpful.

Is this still an issue in nprinting 17.3.1 ? Coz I am noticing that some of my qliksense objects are missing when am trying to add them as a level. Am trying to get a qliksense object. Some of the objects appear to be missing - not all.

I am experiencing the same issue in latest version February 2018 for Nprinting + QlikSense connection in a PixelPerfect template.

Usually what worked for me is to create the source table from scratch in QlikSense with master items only (dimensions and measures). However, sometimes this does not solve the issue.

As a workaround, if your table is composed of only one dimension, you can import the dimension (or field) as level, create a detail report based on this level and add the table as table (instead of table as level).
