Hi Frank, Thank you for the fast reply. Unfortunately we dont even make it that far, a pop up box displays a message 'unable to connect to server'. We have one site with a trusted certificate and one with out so will look to align these as a next step. Open to any other suggestions you have as well

That is actually a whole entirely different question/issue which also has "CORS" in developer tools but the solution is different.
Start a new thread for your questions including more detail including what you mentioned here about "unable to connect to server". Include images of the issue and the steps you take to reproduce the problem.
Also include what version of NPrinting and QlikView or Qlik Sense you are using in the new discussion thread.
