We are receiving the below error when trying to edit any reporting template within NPrinting.
We have tried to repair the online Office 365 suite
We have tried altering the compatibility settings within the Excel files as well as altering the version to 14.430.20.298
We have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the NPrinting Designer
We have tried restarting the affected server but still no luck.
Can you please urgently advise on next steps to resolve this issue?
