Hi,
Check that all Qlik NPrinting Engines are online (green) status in the related Web Console admin page. Remember that installing an Engine is not enough, you have also to configure it.
When all Qlik NPrinting Engines are green do a Run Verification and stat to solves the issues in red from the first on, the top one, because the other could be consequence of the first.

Hi,
Seems like you have no prior NPrinting experience as things you have mentioned in the list you have done so far are not really related to the issue and there is a whole lot of other things, configurations and requirements which need to be checked and/or done. Also you have not provided the log which matter the most in this case which is Engine log.
Next make sure you have supported version of QlikView - which version are you using? Is QV server and QV desktop on exactly the same version and SR?
You say: "while creating connection showing error as below screen shot" - so the question is what do you see when you run connection verification - there is a special button you normally should use [Run verification]? https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnections/... - Once you run it - you will likely get list of errors which then you can start troubleshooting by using again the same help site: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Verify-connection-to...
In general setting up NPrinting environment and its configuration should be done by experienced NPrinting consultant - was it done like that in your case? If not then there will be a lot of reading ahead of you as the list of requirements is very long and touches many different points [service accounts setup and configuration, hardware setup, dedicated server, additional software installation and configuration). Start by going through https://help.qlik.com step by step.
Have you configured your environment as required? Keep in mind there is no room for "unsupported setups" so if your setup is unsupported there is no point discussing more as things should be supported before anything else is configured. Here you have link to help site which describe this section: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Planning-your-d...
It is hard to say where to start. I always start from confirming that environments are supported which in this case seems to be a problem as well given that engine could not connect to your document. Have you installed required QV desktop client on NPrinting machine? Have you licensed it to dedicated service account running NPrinting services? If you did that then we would need to investigate further, but for now I think you have enough things to check.
Last thing I want to mention - make sure that everything is done "by the book" - there is no room for temporary/unsupported setups as they case too many issues and are simply waste of time.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
cheers
Lech

Hi Ruggero,
I am experiencing the same issue, but when I run the verification I do not see a checklist. Any advice on how to handle this?
Hi @mmkeon
FIrst I suggest that you restart the computer that your NP engine is install on.
If that doesn't solve the issue, check the following article.
Kind regards
