Hi,

When posting a new question on the community please invest the needed time to add all the useful detail. For example pay attention in adding the label with the version you are using because the answer could depend on it. I suppose you are not still using 17.0.

You can open the connection from the Web Console and do a "Run Verification". Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnections/...

Be also sure that you have all Engines in green https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Adding-a-Qlik-N...

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi @Chandu
I see that you are newly registered used to the Qlik Community so I want to say "Welcome to the Community!"

Now please note that your questions also indicates that you are new to NPrinting and that you may be installing NPrinting for the first time.

In this case, there is much work to do to accurately configure NPrinting from End to End. Any missing step (of which there are many) may result in the failures you are seeing.

So to that point please check the points mentioned by @Ruggero_Piccoli and check the following for ways to get up to speed on NPrinting.

If you are having trouble and need assistance with training and installation procedures, please visit the following link:

If you prefer, for a more personalized training and implementation experience, you may wish to reach out to a trusted Qlik Partner or speak to your Qlik Account manager about arranging to meet with Qlik Professional Services to set up an implementation and training engagement.

Kind regards...
