We have multiple reports that are emailed daily and now are resulting in error "Some reports failed to generate: Report XYZ with output format XLS".
When I try to Verify Connection, I am getting the attached error. I've also tried to Reload Metadata for a connection and get an error.
The Error is fairly self explanatory.
The NPrinting service user account that opens the qv desktop in the background service has lost it's cal or the cal has expired.
You need to log onto the NPserver server as the NP service user account.
Then do 'file>open in server'
You MUST log in as the np service user account or it will not work.
