Hello, I've installed Qlik NPrinting via marketplace https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-d22nfc62lox6a#pdp-overview and am not sure what login I should be using for initial setup. Logging in with the ec2 instance credentials is not successful.
Hi @jjb427
Please check with AWS marketplace support for credentials that can be used with the Qlik NPrinting Login button. They should have that information for you.
Also check any follow up emails from AWS marketplace as they may have already shared the necessary login credential information with you.
Kind regards...

Hi,
Thanks to developers we have this more detailed information:
AMI is preinstalled with default credentials and they are not entered by the customer so a default must be used for first login. Credentials are admin@example.com
with password admin
Documentation is available at this link (clicking will download a .zip with two .pdf inside) which is reachable from the AMI product page under Usage information.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
Hello
When installed NP server, did you:
1. follow the requirements. NPrinting must be installed on an active directory windows computer that is a member of a windows domain.
2. document the NPrinting login credentials when installing NPrinting?
email address: ???
password: ???
These credentials entered at the time of installation are required to log into NPrinting after you install the NPrinting server software.
Use the Qlik NPrinting Login button with these Nprinting Credentials (not the blue Windows Login button).
Kind regards...
